Health and enrollment information

These reports may include motor vehicle records, insurance scores, credit-based insurance information, prior claims, loss history, CLUE or A-PLUS information, public records, and similar information.
When authorization or a separate notice is required, it will be presented through the applicable form, application, insurer, or reporting process. Insurers and consumer reporting agencies may maintain separate privacy notices and procedures for disputing inaccurate information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving a quote.

Promotional messages concerning other insurance products will be sent only when supported by an appropriate, separate marketing permission or another lawful basis. Email marketing messages will include an available unsubscribe method.
