You should retain copies of all documents you upload and contact Cater Insurance Brokers if you do not receive confirmation when confirmation is expected.

• Cater Insurance Brokers may reject, delete, quarantine, or request replacement of files that are corrupted, unreadable, incomplete, password-protected, malicious, unsupported, or otherwise unsuitable for processing.
